In the glass its bright red colour stands out and on the nose is evident an intense smoky character with aromas of spices. In the mouth, red fruit, with plum dominating are supplemented by mature, soft tannins, volume and harmonious acidity which lead to a long finish laced with notes of oak and vanilla. Enjoy it at 18oC with mature, strong cheese.
