ASSYRTIKO ARGYROS is a dry white wine made by the variety of Assyrtico cultivated in the private vineyard located in Episkopi Gonia. The sedulous selection of grapes and the vinification result to a fine dry white wine with a strong personality.
Tasting comments: Crystal-clear yellow colour, distinctively flavoured with citrus overtones. The relatively high acidity of Asyrtiko gives it a crisp freshness, while the vineyard's extremely low performance offers body, structure and substance.

Gaia Estate Red 2006
Atop the South-Western slopes of Koutsi, at an altitude of 650 m.Gaia cultivates their Agiorgitiko vines with an eye toward the creation of a red wine of an exceptional personality and a great aging potential.
The yield of GAIA ESTATE' s 25 year old vineyard is closely monitoring so that it remains low, never exceeding 56 hl/he. During wine-making, they extend the moment of extraction to its limit, giving the absolutely ripe Agiorgitiko grape the chance to express its powerful character at full strength. Afterwards, the new wine will mature for at least 12 months in new 225 liter French oak casks from the Nevers and Allier forests.

Ovilos white 2009 Biblia Chora
Varieties: Assyrtiko 50% Semillon 50%.
A wine, yellow-green in colour that matured in oak barrels for 5-6 months. The distinctive aroma of apricot and honey – a characteristic of Semillon – blends perfectly with the notes of citron and lemon from the north-aegean Assyrtiko.
The aromatic strength is integrated with hints of vanilla and dry nuts. A wine with intense flavor and pleasant acidity that result in a potential for ageing.
