Produced by the Greek indigenous varietals of :
Limnio, Mavroudi and Mavrotragano
Matured for 20 months in new French oak barrels.
The wine is quite dark, concentrated, with complex flavor and is reminiscent of dark matured fruits. Its blackberry fruit shows spice and depth and finishes dry.
This wine will reward years of cellaring (15-20 years).
• Served at 16-18° C.
• Best enjoyed with game, red spicy meat and matured cheeses.
