Originates from the variety Chardonnay that was initially planted in the Domaine in 1981.
Vivid golden yellow colour.
Characterized by aromas of mature citrus trees in a hidden background of tobacco and nuts.
Full, rich and complex taste.
Great ageing potential up to 10 years.
• Served cool at 10-12º C.
• Best enjoyed with fishes with oily texture or smoked fish with white sauce, mollusks and shellfish in general. Very nice when combined with caviar assortments.
