Produced from the Domaine's old vines (Petit-Syrah) that are more than 25 years old.
This wine ages for 24 months in new oak barrels in the basement cellars.
Thick black-reddish colour with violet tones.
Complex bouquet where the aromas ripe plums, berries and red peppers' predominate.
Rich, solid with strong tannins and long aftertaste.
Can be aged for 20 – 25 years.
• It is recommended that the bottles are stored in an inclined position at 14° C
• Before consumption it is best to decant the wine in order to enhance appreciation of the wine's aromas.
