Origin:Exclusively from 5,2 hectares from the selected single vineyard Gerakofolia, in the site Sgarna at the edge of mountain Chlomo, part of our private vineyard in Atalanti Valley, Central Greece
Taste:Bright, straw-yellow color. A typical Chardonnay with intense round aromas of peach, melon and pineapple. In the palate warm, complex, balanced with characteristic minerality. High acidity which supports the alcohol giving a complete result with long finish.
Harmony:Seafood, fish, lobster and crayfish, poultry or pork in white sauces and mild goat cheeses.
Served:Very cool, 8-10ºC.
Ages:Enjoy it during its youth.
