Origin:From 2 hectares of the single vineyard Raches Galanou at a height of 350 meters, part of the private vineyard of Domaine Hatzimichalis in Atalanti Valley.
Taste:White, medium intensity with golden shimmers. The nose is dominated by varietal aromas of fruits and especially citrous notes, lemon blossoms and sweet aromas of vanilla. The discreet presence of vegetal aromas complements the aromas of the palate. In the mouth it is round, full bodied, with high acidity in balance with the high alcohol and long aftertaste.
Harmony:Try it with seafood, fatty fish, spaghetti or risotto with seafood, poultry, goat cheeses (Chèvre) and dishes based on asparagus.
Served:Cool, at 12 - 14 οC.
Ages:Suggested for long aging. Keep it for at least 6 - 7 years.
