Origin:From the selected single vineyard Zygos, 4,5 hectares of the eldest vines of Cabernet Sauvignon part of our private owned vineyard in Atalanti Valley, Central Greece.
Taste:Deep, purple color. Typical varietal expression of ripe blackcurrants and dark berries bouquet well balanced with cedar wood and tobacco hints. In the mouth it is complex, full-bodied, well balanced, with firm tannins and long aftertaste.
Harmony:Ideally suited to roasts, spicy beef, casseroled meat, big poultry, game and mild cheeses
Served:At room temperature, 18ºC
Ages:It is recommended for long maturation, beyond 15 years
