Taste:A nicely balanced Chardonnay that combines rich fruit with impeccable style and finesse. It is ripely forward in pineapple, mango, butterscotch, toast and vanilla and has vivacious acidity and a clean harmonious finish.
Harmony:Grilled fish, seafood with butter sauce, poultry, pasta with cream sauce, risotto with truffles and mild goat cheeses.
