Origin:From the Single Vineyard Drisbay, at the slopes of Knimis (Plagies Knimidos), part of our vineyards at the region of Locris, Central Greece. 

Taste:Deep red colour. Distinguished aromas of red forest fruits and hints of pepper and spices that constitute a balanced and firm taste.

Harmony:Ideally suited to beef, lamb, duck, stew, liver, venison, meat casseroles & game. 

Served:Room temperature, 18ºC.

Ages:For eight years at least.
