Grape Variety :Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot
Origin :From the selected single vineyard RACHES GALANOU, at a height of 300m. at the slopes of Galanos mountain, from two small vineyards of 1,6he for Cabernet Sauvignon and 1,15he for Merlot.
Vinification :Classic red vinification under controlled temperature. It ages for 18 months in new, french, oak barrels and 18 months in the bottle before its release.
Tasting Notes :Deep red colour. The expressive bouquet is reminiscent of intense and dense fruity aromas of cassis, licorice and vanilla. Impressive in the mouth, rich and intense, with fine tannins and long lasting finish with spicy notes and bitter chocolate.
Ageing Potential :Long ageing potential.
