Variety:Chardonnay - Robola
Origin:Exclusively from 4 hectares of Robola and 2,5 hectares of Chardonnay, from the selected Single Vineyard Veriki part of our private owned vineyard in Atalanti Valley, Central Greece. Average age of vines: 26 years old for Robola and 21 years old for Chardonnay.
Taste:Bright, yellow color with greenish hues. Deeply flavored in the nose. Mix of youthful pear, apple and citrus aromas in a discreet background of flowers. In the palate it’s subtle, warm with good acidity, mineral taste and long, engaging aftertaste.
Harmony:Ideal to accompany seafood, fish, poultry or white meats and mild cheese.
Served:Cold: at 8-10°C.
