The ideal expression of two characteristic, indigenous varieties of Santorini island: Strong, intense, earthly, the Assirtiko variety, the typical expression of the volcanic soil of Santorini is in great balance with the more aromatic and soft Athiri variety. Hay yellow colour, with slight green highlights. Nose with ripe citrus fruit, with lemon prevailing, excellent structure, refreshing acidity, lengthy finish. Ideal for traditional Greek plates, fish and white meat plates with light sauces. Served at 10°C – 11°C.
