Fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. It can be aged for at least 2 years. Light yellow colour with green highlights, citrus flavours, and a lemon intensity, particular of the grape variety. Excellent structure, good acidity which brings out the flavours, pleasant on the finish. Served at 10°C-11°C. Ideal companion for fish, seafood and white meat, with light sauces.
