Classic white wine vinification from sun dried grapes (8-10 days). Remains in oak barels for 2-3 years and in the bottle, for at least one year. Bright orange-golden colour. Rich and strong aromatic bouquet, with the aromas of dried and caramel fruit prevailing. Exquisite structure, acidity and finesse, with a lengthy finish. It is the perfect companion for strong cheese and dried fruit. Served at 11°C.
