Vinification : white wine processing with cooling, and after being left for six months is moved to oaken barrels.
Characteristics : Light lemon in colour with flashes of gold and a bouquet of honey-dew melon and gentle hints of honeycomb and vanilla.
Alcoholic content : 14.5% vol.
Serving temperature : 10o - 12o C
To accompany : charcoal grilled fish, smoked meats and sausage, white sauces and tasty mature cheeses.
