Gerovassiliou Sauvignon Blanc

Ovilos White by Biblia Chora Estate
A wine, yellow-green in colour that matured in oak barrels for 5-6 months. The distinctive aroma of apricot and honey – a characteristic of Semillon – blends perfectly with the notes of citron and lemon from the north-aegean Assyrtiko.
Alpha Estate Sauvignon Blanc
Brilliant, light yellow in colour with greenish tints. Strong and lively nose, typical Sauvignon Blanc, suggesting gooseberry, passion fruits, melon, litchi with a note of honeysuckle. Amethystos Sauvignon Blanc Fume

Amethystos Lazaridi white
Its unique taste is composed by the Bordeaux variety Sauvignon Blanc accompanied by the Semillon and the Aegean Assyrtiko. Yellow-green colour, aromas of melon, mango, kiwi and pineapple on the nose. Fruity and refreshing in the mouth with a thirst-quenching acidity which makes it extremely alive and offers a metallic character.
Antonopoulos Gris de Noir
Colourless with a hint of orange which in time will be deeper, aromas of ripe peach, apricot, rose, green apple and basil on the nose. Fruity, fresh, round with an excellent long finish of fruit on the palate.Serve at 12 °C with octopus or squid cooked in their own juices, lobster, sole marinated with basil, pastas with basil and butter. Also serve as an aperitif or with fruits.
